On the other hand, some contributors get a 500 Error when trying to use that form (meaning that the form's script has malfunctioned).

If that happens to you, or you simply don't want to use that form, you can email your photos, videos, and stories by sending them to Bill at his gfwebmaster@greatfeet.com email address.

Keep in mind that most email providers limit the size of what's being sent with any given email. Not to worry, though, because you're welcome to send multiple emails for any given submission.
