I think of shoe sex as hands free. I might hold the foot, But only iof I cant thrust back and forth. I love tevas and fisherman sandals because the arch is fully exposed and the heel strap and toe strap keep the foot tight against the shoe. I love birks and flip flops but the are too loose. I'd love to go in from the toe like with a Dr Scholls sandal. I think I'll try that this month.
